Apple Memperpanjang Masa Program Penggantian Bottom Case MacBook

Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi oleh pengguna MacBook White adalah terlepasnya case bagian bawah akibat hilangnya baut atau hal lainnya. Terkait hal ini sendiri, tahun 2011 silam, Apple mengadakan program penggantian bottom case gratis buat MacBook yang belum berumur 2 tahun.

Dan kini, diketahui kalau masa program tersebut telah dikembangkan Apple menjadi 4 tahun.

Apple has determined that under certain circumstances the rubber surface on some MacBooks may separate from the bottom case of the system. MacBooks shipped between October 2009 and April 2011 may experience this issue.

Apple will replace the bottom case of any affected MacBook, free of charge, that exhibits the issue.

This program covers affected MacBooks for four years from original purchase date. Apple will continue to evaluate the service data and will provide further extensions to this program as needed.

Sesuai dengan namanya, kamu harus membuat janji atau membawa perangkatmu tersebut ke Apple Authorized Service jika kamu memilih metode yang pertama. Sedangkan untuk ‘Self Service’, Apple akan mengirimkan perkakas yang dibutuhkan kepada kamu untuk melakukan penggantian bottom case sendiri.
