Adobe Bereskan Masalah Foto Hilang Setelah Update Lightroom for iOS

Adobe baru saja merilis update Lightroom for iOS versi 5.4 pada pekan ini.

Pada umumnya, update dari sebuah aplikasi diharapkan mampu membawa sejumlah peningkatan pada layanannya.

Sayangnya, hal itu tidak terjadi dalam update Lightroom for iOS kali ini.

Sejumlah pengguna malah mendapati masalah serius setelah melakukan update ke versi 5.4.

Menurut laporan PetaPixel, pengguna Lightroom for iOS yang sudah melakukan update mengeluh kalau mereka kehilangan semua foto dalam aplikasi.

Baik itu foto yang sudah selesai melewati proses editing, maupun yang sudah dikerjakan tiba-tiba saja terhapus.

Di forum Reddit, pengguna Lightroom for iOS juga mengeluhkan hal serupa.

After I updated the apps on Apps Store, all of my pictures and presets gone. I really need this to be fix as soon as possible. Please help me as I really need all those pictures and presets.

Lebih parah, pengguna tersebut harus kehilangan foto yang telah diedit selama lebih dari 2 tahun.
