Ming-Chi Kuo: Produksi AirPods 3 Mulai Q3 2021, AirPods 2 Dihentikan?

Kuo mempredksi bahwa AirPods 3 akan mengantongi angka penjualan hingga 40% di akhir tahun 2021. Sedamglam AirPods Pro, AirPods 2 dan AirPods Max akan mendapatkan porsi 28%, 31% dan 1%.

Namun jika AirPods 2 akan terus diproduksi, angka yang dicatata bisa berbeda sesuai kutipan di bawah ini.

Kuo juga mengatakan bahwa Apple harus punya nilai jual lain dari AirPods jika ingin terus sukses di masa depan.

Selama ini hal istimewa dari AirPods adalah mode koneksi cepat ke perangkat Apple dan fitur ANC untuk AirPods Pro.

Menurut analis dari KGI Securities ini, Apple bisa mulai menambahkan fitur terkait teknologi kesehatan agar bisa lebih menonjol dibandingkan produk pesaing.
