Update iOS 16.3 Rilis dengan Banyak Perbaikan Penting! Yuk Update

Update iOS 16.3 dan iPadOS 16.3 resmi dibagikan untuk pengguna umum mulai hari ini.

Sebelumnya update ini tersedia dalam versi Beta sejak Desember tahun lalu dan terus diperbaiki oleh Apple.

Sekarang update iOS 16.3 atau iPadOS 16.3 sudah dapat kamu unduh lewat Settings - General - Software Update. Ukuran update tergantung perangkat yang kamu gunakan dan versi iOS sebelumnya. Di perangkat tim MakeMac, update iOS 16.3 berukuran sekitar 600MB.

Fitur Baru dan Perbaikan di iOS 16.3

Untuk fitur baru, ada Unity Wallpaper yang diberikan Apple untuk merayakan Black History Month.

Berikutnya adalah fitur Security Keys for Apple ID untuk meningkatkan keamanan di akun Apple ID kamu lewat dukungan security key fisik yang berbentuk seperti flashdisk sebagai metode tambahan dari two factor authentication.

Update iOS 16.3 juga memberikan dukungan untuk perangkat smart speaker baru dari Apple yaitu HomePod generasi kedua.

Lanjut untuk perbaikan, update iOS 16.3 juga memberikan perbaikan di fitur Emergency SOS.

Sekarang mode Emergency SOS menggunakan cara akses berupa tekan tahan side button dan tekan tahan volume down atau up lalu lepaskan untuk mengurangi kemungkinan akses Emergency SOS secara tidak sengaja.

Salah satu catatan paling penting di iOS 16.3 adalah memperbaiki masalah garis horisontal yang terkadang tampil di layar perangkat iPhone 14 Pro Max.

• Emergency SOS calls now require holding the side button with the up or down volume button and then releasing in order to prevent inadvertent emergency calls
• Fixes an issue in Freeform where some drawing strokes created with Apple
• Pencil or your finger may not appear on shared boards
• Addresses an issue where the wallpaper may appear black on the Lock Screen
• Fixes an issue where horizontal lines may temporarily appear while waking up iPhone 14 Pro Max
• Fixes an issue where the Home Lock Screen widget does not accurately display Home app status
• Addresses an issue where Siri may not respond properly to music requests
• Resolves issues where Siri requests in CarPlay may not be understood correctly
